About Country Tour Group
In 1997, three business women in Spencer Ohio got together and planned a “Drive-Yourself Adventure” that would bring people to the country after a very long winter. These shops were Country Tradition, Amish House and Pieceful Stitches. Because of their successful event, the women decided to add more vendors to help promote small country shops, and formed the Country Tour Group.
During the following years, many vendors have both joined and retired from the Country Tour Group. Today, there are a great variety of shops located in the countryside and small towns of Lorain, Ashland, Medina, and Huron Counties. They include antiques, unique gift shops, honey products, greenhouses, farm & feed store, pumpkins, and original art work.
